Helping dogs in shelters & rescues find their possible.
Shelter/rescue pricing is available for dogs owned by shelter or rescue organizations and housed in-shelter or in foster homes. All of our programming can be booked as a private service for your shelter/rescue organization.
*Please note that we do not offer formal one shot behavior evaluations. What we can do is review a dog’s case with you, spend some time observing the dog’s behavior, and then discuss needs/risk assessment based on the information available and provide a written training plan. We are happy to provide resources on the practice of formal one shot behavior evaluations and their lack of scientific validity/reliability.

Initial Private Session Shelter/Rescue
A flexible, first private dog training session focused on assessing and navigating individual needs, identifying goals, and laying out a plan to reach them.
Initial Private Session, 50-70 mins + written training plan | $125
Shelter/Rescue Dog Field Trip
We will pick-up a pup in need from in-shelter or their foster home for an hour long outing that integrates enrichment and training/behavior modification goals in a way tailored to each dog’s needs.

Shelter/Rescue Group Coaching Session
Have us out to your facility for hands on behavior troubleshooting! Sessions last 2 hours and we can do 3 dogs per session. Note these sessions do not come with formal written training plans. If a written plan is desired, we recommend booking an Initial Session.

Virtual Sessions Shelter/Rescue
The same dog training services as our in-person Initial Private Session and Private Follow Up but conducted over Zoom. Virtual services are available to both local and long distance clients.

Foundation Skills & Enrichment Class
A small group class held on site at your facility and designed to support dogs who aren’t quite ready for more typical group class settings. This class is designed to be fun, low pressure, and supportive for dogs and handlers while incorporating skill building, enrichment, and the ability to relax and have a good experience in proximity to people and other dogs.

Sponsor a session for a shelter/rescue dog!
Do you have a favorite pup at the shelter or in a foster home you’d like to get some extra behavior help for? Maybe you’d just like to make sure a dog in need has a special day. You can sponsor a session for a specific dog or buy one as a general scholarship for a pup in need! For general scholarship sessions, we recommend buying a Shelter/Rescue Dog Field Trip. For specific dogs, ask us what service might be the best fit!
